Meet your Coach, Aaron Kennedy
Aaron began in mixed martial arts, competing in over 30 fights and earning multiple amateur titles. In 2018, his focus shifted to coaching, where his interest in the mind–body connection and performance deepened.
His curiosity about how the nervous system responds to stress led him through Southeast Asia to explore meditation. This sparked more questions about these practices, eventually guiding him to the Wim Hof Method, which dramatically improved his focus, sleep, and recovery.
He currently combines XYZ methods. He works in person and online with both groups and individuals.
