Aaron Kennedy

Aaron’s journey began with an extensive career in mixed martial arts, where he competed in over 30 fights and earned multiple amateur titles. While pursuing his passion for athletic performance, Aaron’s focus shifted in 2018 towards coaching other athletes, and his curiosity deepened around the intricate connection between mind, body, and performance.

His interest in understanding how the nervous system responds to stress led him on a transformative journey through Southeast Asia, where he immersed himself in meditation practices. However, this experience raised more questions about the science behind these methods and how they truly impact performance. It was during this search for answers that Aaron discovered breathwork, specifically the Wim Hof Method, which had a profound effect on his focus, sleep, and recovery. Yet, he still sought a deeper understanding of what was really happening within the body during breathwork.

After years of research, Aaron realized that much of what we’ve been taught—or not taught—about breathing is fundamentally flawed. He uncovered that the key to enhancing athletic performance lies not just in a single deep breathwork session or quick visualization before training, but in a complex, ongoing chemical process within the body. This process has a direct impact on focus, recovery, fatigue management, and the ability to push beyond perceived limits.

With this knowledge, Aaron has distilled years of experience and research into an accessible, comprehensive online course for athletes. His goal is to teach others how to harness the power of breathwork to optimize their performance, unlocking their full potential.
